Monday June 12, 2017

Good evening ladies & gentlemen,

Please remember that tomorrow is Track & Field, as well as our Vivian Field Trip.  If you are going to the track meet tomorrow, then you will go to Vivian on Wednesday.  If you are not going to the track meet tomorrow, then you are going to Vivian tomorrow.  For Vivian, please make sure that you dress for the weather, bring a water bottle that can be refilled, and please bring a litterless lunch.  For the Vivian trips, we are leaving at 9:10am, and will return for the end of the school day.  If you go to Vivian tomorrow, you are to still come to school on Wednesday as school will go on as usual even though we will be missing some students.

Please find your homework below.

Math - On Google Classroom (on the Literacy page) is a math review sheet from your work with Ms. Ho.  (It is on the Literacy page because we do not have a Google Math page).  For Friday, you are expected to study the review sheet, along with the review questions you were given from Ms. Ho, and come to class prepared with any questions that you have.  You can also see me throughout the week if you would like to ask questions before Friday.  (Due Friday)

Math - Please use the picture on our Twitter page to help you answer the following question...What is the probability of Omar getting at least 2 hits in a game?  (Due Wednesday)

Math - DPA tracking - please complete another tracking (Due Friday)

Literacy - Canada 150...please complete your notes for what you are going to write about for this assignment.  (Due Wednesday)

Graduation - Food forms to Mme. Yungblut

Track & Field - Permission forms due to Ms. Caughey

Field Trip - Vivian Outdoor Resource Centre forms are due.

Hansenpalooza - Is on Friday!  Looking forward to seeing everyone there.  Thank you so much to everyone who made donations for our class basket and classroom creation!!  It is greatly appreciated :)

Library Books - Are due on Thursday.

Textbooks - I recommend that students make sure that they have all their textbooks from the year.  It seems like some students may have misplaced their textbooks.  If this is the case, please start looking, for they are expensive to replace.

Have a great evening!

Mr. Carr
