Language - Please complete the reflection we completed in class from Lesson #8 - Children's books/stories.  Please use the 4 conclusions we made to help you reflect on all you have learned.  These 4 points were..... 

1.  Know your purpose & audience....do that well.  Trying to make everyone your audience will likely make no one your audience.

2.  People experience stories.  Author's want to create an experience that is memorable.

3.  Stories tell big messages in a short amount of time.  The "squish" the stories by removing details that are not necessary.

4.  All of these are skills that we can apply to any form of communication.  Reading, writing, tweeting, posters, etc. (Due Monday)

Talent Show - For Monday, please be prepared to share anything that you would like to for our talent show which we will have in June.  You do not need to share anything, but we would love everyone to feel comfortable to share anything they like.  Thank you to those students who have come up with this idea!  This will be fun! :)
