Literacy - Gratitude good copy. Please make sure you use the assignment sheet on Google Classroom so that you cover all expectations for the assignment. It is the sheet titled "Gratitude Final Assignment - Rubric & Exemplar" (Due Tuesday)
Literacy - Black History Month paragraph is due Friday. It can be typed or written. Either is fine. (Due Friday)
Art - Truth & Reconciliation assignment (due Thursday)

Report Cards - Envelopes signed and returned (we recycle them)
Yearbook Orders - Yearbook! Yearbook! Yearbook! Purchase our first ever Rick Hansen yearbook … a time capsule of the events and people that made this year memorable. Please return your order form to your homeroom teacher as soon as possible. Orders are due before the end of the month. Once the deadline passes, you will not be able to order a yearbook … so don’t miss out on your chance. If you lost your order form, you can pick up a new one in the office.
Wellness Night - February 22nd is our RHPS Wellness Night. An email went out with sign up information. This would be a good session for parents to attend because it relates to a lot of what we learn about in our class.
Does your child worry excessively?
Do they have trouble concentrating?
Are they a perfectionist, setting very high expectations for themselves?
Do they often complain of stomach upset or have trouble sleeping?
If you answered yes to some of these questions, come join us on Wellness Night to hear about anxiousness, how to recognize it and tools to help our kids through it.
