 Good evening, everyone!

Sometimes you complete your work in class, please see below for ideas on what to do when you complete :)

What you can work on when you complete your work...

1.  Review past work, study & ask for help if needed.

2.  Read silently

3.  Work on homework.

4.  Continue with Passion Project research.

5.  Take a break and refresh your mind by getting off the computer.

6. Go on "My Pathway Planner" (see Guidance section on Google Classroom for more info).

Please find your homework below....

Growth & Development Unit - Please show your parents the "LETTER TO PARENTS" under "HEALTH" on Google Classroom.  This letter shares what we will be learning in Growth & Development this year.  Please have them email me at jonathan.carr@yrdsb.ca if they have any questions.  Thank you so much :)  

Language - We worked on the following today in class...

1.  Complete your social media summative task

2.  COmplete your audio recording

3.  Attach/submit everything to Google Drive (although everything is not due until Monday).  Let me know if you need an extension.

4.  If complete, you can silently read or work on Passion Projects

Language - Stress & Anxiety Task.  You will have all of Monday's class, and about 30 minutes on Tuesday, and all of Wednesday's class to work on your Summative Task (Social Media Task).  Due date for final assignment is Monday May 3rd.  You will have time on Thursday to complete the audio portion of the assignment in class.  (Due Monday)

Music - Which Rhythm Do You Hear task.  You will have 2 periods to work on this.  Please place your scores in the private comments of the assignment.  (Due Wednesday May 5)

Science - Please complete all steps for the Design Your Own Product Assignment.  Please remember that you can do this quickly, and you only need to answer the questions in this Google Document provided for the assignment.  You do not need to actually create the product.  This task is about quickly developing some ideas, and having fun in the process.  (Due)

Art - Parabola Art is due Thursday.  You can complete this task however you would like.  I would recommend trying at least 3 different parabolas.  However, if you want to try something more complex that is not in the graph, please feel free to do only 1.  As always, you will be marked on effort & creativity.  Have fun!  (Due)

History - Please complete question #3 for the Rebellions of 1837 (due tomorrow)
