Jump Rope for Heart - Our event date is June 21st.  If your family would like you to raise funds for the Heart & Stroke Foundation, you can do the following....

Go to www.jumpropeforheart.ca and click the red join us button in the top corner.

Library Books - All library books are due back by June 10th.  Please bring them back so that you do not have to pay a fee.   (Due Friday).


Art - THIS CULMINATING TASK is due Tuesday.   You DO NOT need to do the work on slide 18. (Due tomorrow)


Math - Your Turn Task #4 (Due tomorrow)


Math - Review ror the test on Friday (Test Friday).....

Review

For the test, you will need to be able to do the following….

  1. Identify & name a large variety of prisms & pyramids.  See the JAMBOARD

  2. Describe the type, and number, of faces in a variety of prisms & pyramids.  See the JAMBOARD

  3. Explain the characteristics of prisms & pyramids.  See the JAMBOARD

  4. Calculate the surface area of a variety of prisms & pyramids  See Your Turn Lesson #3 & Your Turn Lesson #4

  5. Extra practice…

French - Task Mme Caughey assigned in class due Thursday (Due Thursday)







Weekend Math - Each weekend, I would recommend taking a little bit of time to practice some Math.  Here are the steps to follow....

1.  Go to "Extra Math Support" (found under "Math" section of Google Classroom).

2.  Choose at least one resource to review & practice.

3. Each weekend, choose a different resource.  This will help you continue to develop deeper mathematical understanding.

Math Extra Practice - There are a series of lessons under the "Math" section of Google Classroom.  The title is Extra Math Support.
