Good evening everyone,
Please find tonight's homework outlined below.
In regards to the research for student speeches, they were assigned to have their research done for today along with their arguments. We had a chance to discuss our arguments today in class and students have now been assigned to go back and evaluate the research that they have, along with the arguments that they have developed. In the next couple of days we will be finalizing the arguments and creating the structure for our speeches. Discussing with your child the possible arguments that they could use for their topic is certainly welcomed. It would provide great support for them as they formulate their ideas.

Health - Worksheet #1 & 2 for Case Study #2 (due Friday)
Literacy - Read 30 minutes, Determining Importance page,
Literacy - Research and at least 3 meaningful arguments for speech (due Wednesday)
Literacy - Simple and Compound Sentences sheet (due tomorrow)
