Good evening ladies & gentlemen,

Please let your parents know that if they are interested, we are looking for volunteers to help out on Wednesday for the Terry Fox Run.  It will probably involve standing at road crossings to make sure that students are crossing safely.  Thank you!


Grade 3:


Literacy - Complete writing about your "ideas" from the "What is Success" essay.  For tomorrow I would like you to have at least 2 topics that you have expanded on and written a paragraph for.  Please remember to follow the structure we have worked on in class (circle the idea, make point form notes about the idea, write about the idea in paragraph form).  Due tomorrow

Math - page 5 in workbook.  Grade 4's have had the page photocopied for them.  (Due tomorrow)

Terry Fox Permission Form returned.  I would like to have these forms in by tomorrow please.  Also, if you can, we are trying to collect a "Twoonie for Terry" from each student if at all possible.  No worries if not!

Arts Package form and money returned.

Gym participation form (still waiting on some).

Book of forms handed out in first week of school (still waiting on some)
