Attention parents.  A variety of marked assignments have gone home for your review.

MISSING ASSIGNMENTS!
I am still missing the following assignments from some students.  Please make sure these have been submitted and/or shared.

Literacy - Greatest Showman assignment (Due tomorrow)

Math - Please complete the reflection task from today.  Reflect triangle ABC in both the x and y axis. (Due tomorrow)

Literacy - For those who were absent today (Monday December 10), please use the chart you completed for the analysing texts assignment to answer the questions below...  How do you like texts to be structured?  In other words, what structures do you find allow you to better understand and learn from what you are reading?  (When answering please use details from the texts that you analysed to prove your thinking.  If you have any confusion, come see me tomorrow, I'll explain it to you, and you can have an extension).  (Due tomorrow)


Math - Do fitness tracking on Mondays and Thursdays (or two different days).  Do this from now until December 20.

Math - Do health tracking every weeknight from now until December 20.

Math - Math tests signed & corrected (due tomorrow)

Skate Exchange - Is Thursday from 3:45-6pm.  This is a great opportunity to find some skates for a good deal!

Ross Petty - On Thursday students will be going to Toronto to see a Ross Petty theatrical performance.  It is asked that students please contribute $5 each for the cost of the bus.  Thank you kindly.

WINTER ELECTIVES ARE BACK!  Our grade 4-8 students will be given the opportunity to enjoy two, fun-filled days up Snow Valley in Barrie, Ontario (Wednesday, January 9th and Thursday, January 24th).  Sign up your child for skiing, snowboarding, or tubing.  Registration packages outlining all the details have been sent home with every student.  Please return your completed forms, and please make your payments using SchoolCashOnline on or before December 7th.
