Good evening, everyone!

Sometimes you complete your work in class, please see below for ideas on what to do when you complete :)

What you can work on when you complete your work...

1.  Review past work, study & ask for help if needed.

2.  Read silently & add to your reading comprehension tracking document.

3.  Work on homework.

4.  Continue with Passion Project research.

5.  Take a break and refresh your mind by getting off the computer.

Please find your homework below....

Language - Please make sure all the necessary documents are attached to the Journal Assignment on Google Classroom.  Attached should be......

1. All journal entries (approximately 9 total entries) 2. Journal Reflections - Summative Task 3. Chart #1 4. Chart #2 5. Chart #3 6. Dream Vision Reflection (from today)...This does not need to be completed by 9:15am, but needs to be attached. 7. The Rubrics for Final Assessment (from today). (Due - late)

Literacy- Please complete the Dream Vision Reflection task under the Journal Assignment on Google Classroom.  Please make sure you follow the instructions listed above the chart.  (Due - late).

Math - Chapter #1 Test is on Monday October 26th.  Please make sure that you use the review to study.  Please make sure to let me know if you need any help and we will arrange it! :)  (Due Monday).

Science - Please complete Science - Check-In #1. (Due - late)

Science - Please complete 6.1 Succession task.  (Due Wednesday).

Drama - Please complete Tuesday's task.  The task was "Analysing the Elements of Drama in Movie Clips".  Please remember to only complete the "Focus & Emphasis" section.  (We already completed the previous sections).  Please remember that we are working on adding SPECIFIC DETAILS using PUSH YOUR THINKING PROMPTS.  Please do not complete the entire chart.  If you already did complete the chart, then please focus on adding more detail to your answers now that we have discussed and practiced in class.  Please submit when you are complete that section.  (Due Tuesday).

Visual Arts - Free Choice Task (Due Friday October 30th)

Meet the Teacher Night- Will be virtual, on Thursday October 29th @ 6:00pm.  I have sent an email to all students & families with the details.  Please see on Google Classroom under the "General Information" section for the video presentation, as well as the slideshow of the presentation.  You can go over these with your family at a time convenient for you.  The video is long, but you can change the playback speed to make it much quicker.  Let me know if you need help doing this.
