 Good evening everyone, 




Ice Cream sales - Some students have ordered ice cream which will start being delivered on Fridays.  If there is any left over, there will be the option to purchase some for $2.


Please find your homework below....


Science - Structures & Mechanisms unit test is on Wednesday March 29th.  Please use THIS REVIEW to help you prepare.  (Due Wednesday)


Geography - For Task #3, please complete steps #1 & 2 ONLY.  (Due Monday)


Math - Please complete at least 2 questions for each of the 3 review questions found on THIS LINK.  This is the work we completed today in class.  (Due Monday)


Literacy - Please complete ONE tracking document for the 3 videos we learned from in class.  The links to the videos are below, but they can also be found on SLIDE 27 of the Stress & Anxiety Research Slideshow.  Please remember.... you are expected to learn deeply from these resources.  They are complex and will take time to learn from.  Please come ask me questions if you are having difficulties in any way.  Here are the video links.... Math -  If you completed your Percentages Math test today in class, please spend some time before Monday going over the Review Questions for lessons #1-4 in Unit #9 - Fraction Operations.   (Due Monday)


Drama -  We are creating PUPPET SHOWS.  To prepare for next class please do the following.... (Due Thursday)

1. Choose your story.  Make sure it falls on a story arc.

2.  Begin bringing in all materials you will need for your puppet show.  This way you can use class time to create your puppets.


Literacy - Please see THIS SLIDE to remind you of what we reviewed today about ending stories.  For those who were absent, here is the LINK to the scene we watched.  I know a singing crocodile may surprise you, but please see me so that I can explain why this scene is so helpful in helping us know how to end our own stories.  The slide in the link above also helps explain.


Literacy - Your next draft for your narrative story is due April 3rd.  Please remember to use the Narrative Writing Checklist.  When you submit your story, you need to be prepared to explain how you have revised your story to meet each of the criteria in the checklist.  Due to the detail required to meet the expectations of this checklist, you will have 2 weeks to complete the revisions.  (Due Monday April 3rd)
