Spirit Day - Please see the info below regarding October 19th (Wednesday). Wearing purple on October 19th is a way to show you stand up against hate....
October 19 is Spirit Day, a day started in 2010 by Brittany McMillan, a Canadian teenager. Brittany created the event after learning about youth who lost their lives to suicide after experiencing bullying related to actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity and expression identities.
High School Information - Please see "High School Information" section on Google Classroom. There is new information there regarding the G.W. Williams info night on November 2nd.
Literacy - Learning How to Learn Summative Task is due. (Due)
History - The final task for Task 1b will be due on Wednesday October 25th. No extensions. You have lots of time. (Due Wednesday October 25th)
Science - We will have a test on Thursday October 19th. You will be tested on the work we completed for Task #2 - Structures & Functions in Plant & Animal Cells (Test Thursday October 19th)
