Good evening, everyone!

Sometimes you complete your work in class, please see below for ideas on what to do when you complete :)

What you can work on when you complete your work...

1.  Review past work, study & ask for help if needed.

2.  Read silently & add to your reading comprehension tracking document.

3.  Work on homework.

4.  Continue with Passion Project research.

5.  Take a break and refresh your mind by getting off the computer.

Please find your homework below....

Language - The following is feedback that I believe will help everyone in their Passion Project research.  This is feedback based on what I am noticing from examining tracking documents....

1.  Keep learning more!  Learn from lots of different documents/resources.

2.  Be specific about what you are learning.  Push your thinking prompts will help with this.

3.  Explain how your knowledge is growing. (Text 1) x (Text 2) = deeper knowledge/insights

4.  Explain how texts connect to each other.  (Text 1) x (Text 2) = deeper knowledge/insights

Language - Today we completed Passion Project research.  We are focusing on making NON-OBVIOUS CONNECTIONS & SYNTHESIS.  I would like everyone to try and have some examples of how they have done this in their Passion Project Research.  Please make sure this is in your Passion Project research tracking document.  (Due Wednesday).

Language - Please submit your "Reading Comprehension Tracking Documents".  Please submit under "Silent Reading - Reading Comprehension Strategies Tracking".  (Due tomorrow)

Math - Please complete ....

- Page 195 #10, 15

- Page 199 #10, 18 ...I will provide more time to complete the remaining questions in class tomorrow.(Due tomorrow).

Geography - Please complete Topographical Maps task (Due Monday November 9th)

History- Please complete "Chapter #2 - New France Under Royal Government" questions (Due Thursday)

Drama - Please complete the Summative Task (due November 10th).

Science - 6.2 Human Impact on Ecosystems.  Please also remember to complete your Curiosity Research.  Remember to keep track of all your Curiosity Research, and please also post it on the shared document with the class.  The shared document is attached to the 6.2 Task (Due Friday November 6th).

Visual Arts - Texture Task (Due Friday November 6th)
