Tuesday November 17, 2020

 Good evening, everyone!

Sometimes you complete your work in class, please see below for ideas on what to do when you complete :)

What you can work on when you complete your work...

1.  Review past work, study & ask for help if needed.

2.  Read silently & add to your reading comprehension tracking document.

3.  Work on homework.

4.  Continue with Passion Project research.

5.  Take a break and refresh your mind by getting off the computer.

Please find your homework below....

Geography - Questions #1 & 2 (ONLY THESE QUESTIONS) are due next Geography class (Due Tuesday November 24th).

Show & Tell! - Many have expressed interest in this, and I think it's a great idea!  We will do a show on tell on Friday morning to start our day.  You do not need to share anything, but all are welcome :)

Drama - Please complete the Summative Task.  Please remember that you do not need to provide answers for every scene in the movie/drama.  You only need to complete each section of the chart, and you can choose which scenes in the movie you use to complete the charts.  (due Wednesday).

Science - Lesson 6.4 task.  You will have 2 periods to work on this.  (Due November 23rd).

Art - Form Task (Due November 23rd).

The following was shared with me from the Virtual School principals.  If you are interested, please click on the links for more details :)

Arts Mackenzie’s Arts Information Night

Details regarding Arts Information Night can be found at www.artsmackenzie.com. We also have a flyer package for Arts Information Night available here: http://bit.ly/artsmack2020

Bill Crothers SS & Math Contest - If you are interested in either of these, please see the links placed on Google Classroom under "General Information".  Bill Crothers SS is a high school that has a focus on athletics.  Students can apply to go there.  The Math contest is one that is open for you to compete in.  Let me know if you have any questions :)

Have a great evening everyone!
