Parent-Teacher Conferences - Please let me know if your family needs a conference time for either the evening of Thursday November 17th, or the morning of Friday November 18th. I can book a time for them. I hope to meet with all families :) Thank you, everyone! :)
Math - By JANUARY, please have all of your multiplication tables memorized. Let me know if you need any help with this process. You should have at least 0-11 memorized.
Literacy - Please complete the Point of View Task we worked on today in class. Please answer at least 2 of THESE PROMPTS in order to reflect on the John Wooden Ted Talk. (Due tomorrow)
Literacy - Final Draft of Essay is due. You will have significant time tomorrow (Friday) to work on it. Please ensure you use the RUBRIC as a checklist to guide your revisions. (Due - late)
Math - Please use the resources on Google Classroom to help you prepare for a short quiz tomorrow. You need to be able to complete division questions using both long and short division. (Due tomorrow)
History - For Task #2, you were provided with the following task in class found below. Please complete for homework (due tomorrow)
Analyze the section of text titled "Reasons for Confederation". Seek to become an expert on this section. In order to do this, you will almost certainly have to do additional research to answer questions you have that are not explained in the text. You know you have completed the task once you can comfortably teach what the reasons for confederation were.
