Parent-Teacher Conferences - Please let me know if your family needs a conference time for either the evening of November 17th, or the morning of November 18th. I can book a time for them. I hope to meet with all families :) Thank you, everyone! :)
Literacy - Final Draft of Essay is due Monday. You will have significant time tomorrow (Friday) to work on it. Please ensure you use the RUBRIC as a checklist to guide your revisions. (Due Monday)
Math - Please use the JAMBOARD & THIS QUICK VIDEO to practice long and short division. On Monday, we will do another quick review, but you are expected to practice at home. You can use the questions on the University of Waterloo website, or create your own questions and check your answers with a calculator. (Due Monday)
History - For Task #2, you were provided with the following task in class found below. Please complete for homework (due Tuesday)
Analyze the section of text titled "Reasons for Confederation". Seek to become an expert on this section. In order to do this, you will almost certainly have to do additional research to answer questions you have that are not explained in the text. You know you have completed the task once you can comfortably teach what the reasons for confederation were.
